In recognition of National First-Gen Week, the First-Gen Institute invites you to join us for a keynote by Dr. Jason K. Wallace titled "'Part of Your World?': Rethinking Belonging for First-Generation+ Institutional Actors in Higher Education." This keynote will explore the complexities of belonging for first-generation+ students, faculty, and staff in higher education. Drawing from personal narratives and empirical research, Dr. Wallace challenges conventional understandings of what it means to "belong" for first-gen+ students.
