First Too Mentoring Program: 1. Connect 1 on 1 with a mentor, 2. Reconnect with your personal motivations, 3. Enhance your career development. 4. Determine your transferable skills. 5. Develop essential life skills for post-grad life.

The First Too mentoring program recognizes that being first doesn't stop at college. It often extends to graduate school and professional fields. The name First Too reflects this continued journey, while also honoring our mentors, first-gen professionals who were once in your shoes and are now reaching back to guide you forward. Through one-on-one connections and structured events, the program fosters personal and professional growth, offering guidance, networking, and support to help you build confidence and develop skills for success beyond the classroom.
