New First-Gen Center

Starting in Fall 2024, Appleby Hall will host the new First-Gen Student Success Center! This center will focus on building a supportive community for first-generation undergraduate students and will provide programs and opportunities designed to enhance your college experience.

Student Lounge

Located in 27 Appleby Hall, the student lounge is a great place to relax, meet other first-gen students, and have a home base for the day. The lounge is a shared space with the Multicultural Center for Academic Excellence (MCAE) and staffed by First-Gen Student Interns. All are welcome!

Open Mon.–Fri., 9am–5pm. unless an event is scheduled.

As a new resource, the First-Gen Student Success Center is still evolving. Check back here for more info as programs/services are developed.
